We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and worry-free. Here is what you need to know about our shipping procedures:
Order Processing & Production Time We process your order within 24 hours. After processing, your order enters production (as our racing suits are crafted with care), which typically takes 8 to 12 days.
Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, it generally takes 5 to 8 days for delivery. We understand the excitement of receiving your gear, and we will make every effort to deliver it promptly.
International Shipping Information Dadio Racing Suits proudly ships worldwide to nearly every country. Please be aware that international shipping costs vary based on factors such as the total weight of your order and the destination region.
Customs & Duties Disclaimer Customs clearance is an unpredictable process that varies from country to country. If any customs duties or import taxes are applied to your parcel by your local authorities, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges.
In cases where customs duties are refused or not paid by the customer, and the parcel is either returned or disposed of by the courier/customs authorities, the customer may request a refund. However, 35% of the total payment will be non-refundable to cover the initial shipping, handling, and production costs.
Shipping Limitations We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, please provide a complete street address, including your house/unit number, street name, and a valid phone number.
Global Reach, Local Roots We manage our manufacturing and shipping processes with meticulous care. All orders are dispatched directly from our Pakistan warehouse, ensuring that every racing suit undergoes rigorous quality checks before reaching your doorstep.
The processing of shipments is handled by Graviton Enterprises, registered in Pakistan. This strategic setup allows us to maintain affordability while ensuring the highest international quality standards.
Incorrect Address / Unresponsive Customer Policy If a parcel is delayed, returned, or becomes undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is held at customs/courier hubs and the customer fails to respond to repeated emails or messages requesting action, all associated costs will be non-refundable.
This includes shipping, production, and any return or redelivery fees. These charges will be transparently provided to the customer through official invoices issued by the production facility and the shipping courier.
