Order Processing & Manufacturing Details


Once you place an order, we process it within 1–2 business days and then proceed to manufacturing. Please review our refund and exchange policies below carefully.


Post-Manufacturing Cancellation


Within 48 Hours of Order Placement


If you change your mind within 48 hours after placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.


After 48 Hours


Once your suit enters the production phase, a full refund is no longer possible. A 15% non-refundable fee will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.


Change of Mind After Delivery


If you decide you no longer want the suit after delivery, 35% of the total amount will be retained as a non-refundable fee.

Return Policy – Size Selection


Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer are non-refundable.


We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully and providing accurate measurements to avoid any inconvenience.

Address Verification


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.


If we notice any issue with the address, our team will attempt to contact you for confirmation. If there is no response and delays occur due to incorrect information provided by the customer, returns or refunds may not be accepted.


However, if the mistake is on our side, we will take full responsibility and offer either:


- A 100% refund, or

- An expedited replacement/exchange.

Customs Delays


Customs processing times are outside our control and may vary by country.


We cannot accept returns or cancellations due to customs delays. However, our support team will continue assisting you and provide updates whenever possible.


If the delay is caused by an error from our side, we will resolve the issue promptly.

A handling and repackaging fee may also apply depending on the exchange request.

Easy Returns


We offer a 7-day return window for all customers.


If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To return your suit, please pack it securely and contact us first for return authorization before shipping.


Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
